If a situation arises with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can try to correct the situation. Most items* can be refunded or exchanged.  Please contact us within 7 days from date of delivery and ship items back within 14 days from date of delivery.

RECEIVED DAMAGED ITEM(S)
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please do not throw away the packaging or the damaged item. Contact us at contact@lospekekes.com immediately with the documented damage and order number so that we can file a claim .  We will email you a prepaid return label so that you can ship the item back to our shop.  If damaged upon arrival were to be the case, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping cost is non-refundable) or exchange.

RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM(S)
If you were to receive an incorrect item, please let us know within 7 days from date of delivery.  We will email you a prepaid return label so that you can ship the item back to our shop within 14 days from date of delivery.  You’ll be able to exchange it for the correct item or receive a full refund.

RETURNED ITEMS
Any item that is returned must be in original, unworn conditions (with tags attached and/or unopened), and shipped back within 14 days from date of delivery. They must also have the return authorization code sent to you when you contacted us. Returns that are incomplete and/or unauthorized may be denied or disregarded.

WRONG ADDRESS / UNCLAIMED PACKAGE
If you have provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.

*EXCLUSIONS
*The following cannot be refunded/exchanged: digital products, books, specialty orders, requests for returns based on color differences caused by computer monitors, shipping costs, earrings (due to health and hygienic reasons, earwire earrings may be returned/exchanged for a restocking fee).  All sales of these items are final and therefore non-refundable.
